Accessing my Koboh Client Area?

Your Koboh Client Area account is not the same as your cPanel account - which is where you configure your web hosting and email accounts. We have separate articles on how to login in to your cPanel and also how to login in to your webmail.

Logging in directly

To access your Koboh client area, please visit https://my.koboh.io/login.

Your client area allows you to access your hosting services, domains, open support tickets and invoices. You can also manage your payment methods, and your personal details.

Forgotten your password

If you've forgotten your password simply click the Reset your password link at the bottom of the Login form to be sent an authorisation code by email.

Forgotten email address

If you can't remember your email address, please check for invoices or other communications from Koboh - they will usually be sent to the account holders primary email address.

If you're unable to access the account, please contact support and we can begin the enhanced security procedure to help you gain access to the account.

Please note you will need to supply ID.

Forgotten or lost access to 2FA

If you're unable to generate a 2FA code (maybe you've changed phones or no longer have access to the 2FA app) - and you don't have access to your backup code you'll need to contact support.

We will then begin the enhanced security procedure to help you gain access to the account.
