Transferring to Koboh

Transferring your domain name to Koboh is easy!

If your domain ends in .UK, you just need to place an order for your domain, then switch the IPS TAG.

If your domain ends in any other combination of letters, you’ll need to unlock your domain at your current registrar, get the EPP/Auth Transfer Key for your domain, and then place an order to transfer your domain over.

Transferring from Koboh

We know that sometimes you might have to move, and we won’t charge any extra fees to move away.

If your domain ends in a .UK, you just need to follow the instructions your new host has, and change the IPS TAG in our systems.

If you have a generic domain, you’ll need to unlock your domain here, get the EPP/Auth Transfer Key, and then follow the instructions your new host provides for you.

At the moment there is no function to be able to do this yourself, however, we can easily set up a domain redirect for you. Open a support ticket and our team will happily set it up for you.

You can update your nameservers as necessary via our DNS editor in your Client area You do not need a hosting account with us in order to buy and manage domain names with Koboh.

Unfortunately not, once a domain is purchased, transferred or renewed, the transaction is complete. Please be extra careful and double check the spelling of your domain before you complete your purchase to avoid disappointment.
