A website is made up of many files. When you have a website, the files that make up your website need to be stored somewhere that can be accessed by people around the world. Web hosting gives you the storage as well as the software needed to make your website work.

Websites are allocated space on a server, which is connected to the Internet and has the software to ensure that each website has the resources to run. Our hosting partners keep copies of your website across many different servers to make sure your website stays online.

The number of websites you host will depend on the plan you purchase, as well as our Acceptable Use Policy.

Our hosting has over 200 applications that can be installed through the Softaculous one-click application installer, including WordPress, Joomla!, Drupal, and much more. You may also be able to install other software, depending on what the application requires and your technical capacity.

Because of the nature of the shared hosting platform, we cannot give you root access to the server. However, in the future we plan to offer VPS and bare-metal servers which you will be able to have full-control over.

We do offer a website building service but if you would rather have a go for yourself we do have a Website Builder that makes creating a website extremely easy.

You can have as many email addresses as you need, with 5GB mailboxes, plus as many forwarding email addresses as you need.
